Valdo, the first and biggest integrated outsource provider in Indonesia and the first Indonesian-Malaysian BPO company to venture into the Philippines, is an outsourcing management company providing services in banking insurance, telecommunications, oil and gas sectors.

The partnership and alliance of Valdo and Winsource will make able to tap other market in the region, North America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand by having more resources, more competencies and a wider market base.

To enlarge its business process outsourcing business in the Philippines, Valdo Winsource Solutions Inc. has an initial investment of P300 million to fund the expansion for the second facility, which will have 1,200 seats in 18 months after the beginning of operations. Before the partnership, Winsource Solution Inc. manages a call center with 270 seats that gives services to outbound calls in Cybergate One.
