Last year, smaller call centers with less than 50 seats can remain alive in the market, but recently, seven smaller call center members of the Philippine Call Center Alliance (PhilCall) have collapsed and four have engaged into other information technology-connected business.

Now, small call centers require to have at minimum 40 to 50 seats to become capable of living, but smaller call center operators that normally have less than a hundred seats anticipate call center agents to look for better paying jobs in bigger call centers. That is why small call centers treat their employees with excessive care and attention, providing them something that promote well-being housing.

As smaller call centers do not have power to make use of training and capacity-building, quarterly trainings with all members of PhilCall are held.

PhilCall is presently expecting to receive recognition and acknowledgment from bigger organizations such as the Business Processing Association of the Philippines and the Call Center Association of the Philippines.
