eTelecare is one of the famous cal centers all over the world, with 4 locations in US, such as in Arizona, North Dakota, South Dakota and New Mexico. Also, in Eastwood City in Libis, Quezon City and in Pampanga, Philippines. Furthermore, there is a new site of eTelecare that will open in Nicaragua, which is RP-based. Moreover, eTelecare will provide bi-lingual (Spanish and English) customer voice and technical support services and will initially employ 500 people. The expected customers are the Americans. |

It operates more than 75,000 workers in 85 contact centers. The company also employs 12,000 workers in India. Convergys currently has more than 13,000 workers in the Philippines, making the country the second largest workforce population outside of US. |
