WNS Philippines, Inc., an outsourcing firm now produced a subsidiary that will supervise its own call center. Based from the merging papers filed by WNS Global Services Philippines, Inc., to Securities and Exchange Commission, the business will offer services like customer care, credit collection, billing, and services for billing information.
The new company has P200 million capital. From that amount, about P50 million was a pledge and P12.5 million was compensated by WNS Philippines, Inc. WNS Group Chief Operating Officer, Anup Gupta; chief executive officer (CEO) of WNS's travel and leisure service unit, Ambresh Mahajan, and WNS Philippines CEO, Prabhakar Bisen are the shareholders of WNS Global Services.
