As a component of the development of TLK Group's business-to-business (B2B) lead generation division, TLK Group opened their new Richmond, VA call centre today which is located at Gateway Centre II on the Midlothian Turnpike. It was called Fortune 500 Company, a new addition to the list of their clients. TLK Group made it possible to extend their service assistance. The call centre will offer inbound and outbound sales, service, and lead generation supported by the ENSERCLE equipment proposal to clients. TLK's president, Jim Tippett said that with the economic downturn, many companies are aggressive to maintain their profits. And they are eager to initiate a new facility that will provide a career for the team of experienced call center agents in Richmond. According to Kent Ingram, the general manager of the latest call center, in Richmond there are core groups of endowed lead generation agents which help to speed up the progress. In two years time, the TLK Group's business to consumer (B2C) call centers has created tough growth. They began to focus on voter contact and telecommunications calling. According to Paul Link, the managing partner, their means of tracing record to generate and implement successful updates and new customer programs have brought them new clients which allow them to expand their service offerings. By allocating more marketing budget the business environment can find ways to grow a client’s business. [via] |
