They are in progression of initiating flexi-hours (working from home concept) for their employees. The media team who visited them was allowed to conduct a tour to observe contact center with seating capacity of more than 300 customer care officers in each shift. Moreover, the call center comprises of male/female prayer room, gym, games room, retiring room, crowd rooms, cafeteria, 2 fully equipped auditoriums, 2 staff halls, 1 board room and others.
