RP and HP Partnership for outsourcing plan

HP provides higher-value services making the Philippines a strategic partner for the company’s global customers. According to Noel Mendoza, director of HP’s Philippines global delivery center, the relationships that the partnership must have to their customers aren’t so much a vendor-client relationship. Also, the capabilities and skills that the partner must bring forward are higher in terms of intelligence, processing and analytics that go into the delivery of the services to the customer.

Furthermore, he noted that Philippines offers a wealth of talent from the supply of graduates every year. Thus, Filipinos is world class and can compete and participate in giving the customers high quality services with unique customer care. [via]
