Reorganize of CCAP

The Call Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP) is reorganizing itself to respond to pressures coming from the local inflation, currency exchange fluctuation, and the continuing pressure to become profitable amid increasing competition.

Health and wellness is usually the issue in call center industry. In this reason, profitability and reorganization have been proposed. The profitability committee will focus on studying the impact currency exchange fluctuation and how the local industry can mitigate its negative effects on local operations.

Furthermore, CCAP will have a committee on reorganization that will study how the industry group can respond to new concerns. Moreover, the objective of this committee is to professionalize CCAP. [via]
