According to Paul Winters, Chief Operating Officer of Bragg, Winters and Associates, Philippines particularly in Cebu has progress in voice support for companies abroad. Ufone will provide job opportunities to more than 900 young graduates through its new high-tech contact centre in Islamabad in the first quarter of the year 2009. Three million USD was invested to create a facility using IP based technology. In effect, it was billed as largest of its kind in the city. While briefing the media who visited the call centre on Thursday, Naveed Khalid Butt, Ufone’s Chief Officer in Customer Operations said that the company will operate a total of 6 state-of-the-art contact centers within Pakistan.
