The place is called Cyber Corridor because the firms in the site are associated with information and communications technology (ICT) and business process outsourcing. The President need to accomplish all human and physical infrastructures for the ICT-BPO segment, this will give more opportunities to young Filipinos. A new call center facility had opened recently at Summit One Tower Building, Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City. It was Magellan Solutions Outsourcing, Inc., one of the Philippines' fastest-growing call centers. The company is committed in serving global small and medium enterprises, entrepreneurs and professionals. The solely inbound call center was established in 2005 starting with only 14 agents. It is presently staffed with 250 employees and constantly increasing. So far, the joint delivery centers provide operational seating of over 500. |
