Malaysia is a newest possible expansion site of call centers according to an analyst from Frost and Sullivan. Its manager Shivanu Shuka believes that Philippines is year ahead of Malaysia in this kind of industry. Furthermore, he said that Philippines have many investors who trust the capabilities of the Filipinos in customer service. Knowledge process outsourcing or KPO have also emphasized by Malaysia.
