In a call center field, you will feel that your life becomes revered when somebody talks to you over the phone to help you solve your problems. Any category of problem in life be it your hybrid mobile on the fritz, mess on your notebook, or you need to find for a doctor to talk to on the phone about your health troubles. Malaysians discern that when somebody calls Dell for support, his call gets routed to a call center agent. Other people are not aware that they also entertain calls for most of Asia Pacific. The SHELL IT department of Malaysia also supports other parts of the world. Telemedicine is near approaching and will provide international support. Malaysia is starting its way to be suitable as a call center, cost-efficiency is an important factor. The progress of information technology infrastructure in Malaysia is more adequate than other Asian countries like Cambodia and Pakistan. In an attempt to keep pace with advances made in communications technology and changes in the industry, Malaysia's internet telephony made redirection of calls everywhere economical and competent through constant electricity, real estate costs, and political stability. With the technological advances it created a revolution in the media, allowing Malaysian people to communicate in ways they had never dreamed of. New modes of communication and other digital technologies are available throughout many parts of the world and those media may be used in different ways depending upon the prevailing political and social circumstances. Even though skilled labor in Malaysia is cheap, you can get fairly decent skilled personnel and even professionals for a good deal price. In addition, the standard of spoken English in Malaysia is fast improving. The Malaysian accent is slowly eliminated. The pitch of Malaysian voice is not peculiarly thick but they are learning to have an international voice. A voice that is clear enough, with good intonation, and slow dialogue can be heard to enhance voice precision. These are the basis why Malaysians have a slight advantage over other thickly accented call center agents. [via] |
