A new call center facility had opened recently at Summit One Tower Building, Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City. It was Magellan Solutions Outsourcing, Inc., one of the Philippines' fastest-growing call centers. The company is committed in serving global small and medium enterprises, entrepreneurs and professionals. The solely inbound call center was established in 2005 starting with only 14 agents. It is presently staffed with 250 employees and constantly increasing. So far, the joint delivery centers provide operational seating of over 500.

Its new office will be furnished by November 2010. According to Frederick D. Chua, the Chief Executive Officer of Magellan Solutions said that the new call center can accommodate 285 seats and will dwell the CEO’s office, conference room, training rooms, recreation area, sleeping quarters and others. The expansion of the new facility is a tactical step for providing first-class back-office support to businesses globally.  The first site of Magellan Solutions Outsourcing was in San Juan City which at this time has 245 seats.
