Brian Silverman, inContact VP of Sales, Asia Pacific and Latin America, said that inContact is recognized as the top provider of on-demand contact center software and contact center agent optimization tools. Bayan Telecommunications, the largest telecommunications providers in the Philippines established a linkage with inContact. inContact will provide a cloud-based contact center software for Bayan Business, Bayan Telecommunications' corporate solutions arm. Their selection of inContact as a partner and customer validates their leadership position in the Phillipines. Bayan Business tries hard to provide the maximum customer satisfaction, wide-ranging communication service and tough infrastructure for its customers.
