A new type of call center that have been reported is a home call center with a home agent. There are so many discussions about this kind of job, but it wasn’t yet reported about the effectiveness of this kind of call center. Furthermore, lots of contact centers nowadays are being held in a conducive place and not at home for the effectiveness of the operations.
