Head of TeleTech Philippines Shifts at PLDT's Outsourcing Arm |

With the new SPi Global Solutions of PLDT, Maulik Parekk, Indian-born former chief of call center operator TeleTech Philippines , decided to be part of the team.
Parekh took his new job as the head of the PLDT’s Outsourcing arm. He is now the new president and CEO of SPi Global Solutions.
SPi Global Solutions is the result after SPi Technologies and call center firm ePLDT Ventus merged.
Since Parekh will be its top official, he will be in charge of a tema of more than 14,000 employees scattered in different parts of the world including US, Europe, the Philippines, India, and Vietnam.
The head finished his Bachelor of Engineering in Gujarat University in India and pursued his International MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in the US.
In addition to his new duties, Parekh will also lead a management team that includes Peter Maquera, president and CEO of SPi Technologies, and Helen Marquez, president and chief executive officer of ePLDT Ventus.
With his new family, Parekh is expected to do more of what he did in TeleTech that gives more job opportunities to Filipinos. [via mb.com.ph] |
