Robert Bosch Communication Center Inc. (RBCCI), has chosen the Philippines as the site of its call center in Asia-Pacific.

RBCCI opened in Bonifacio Global City that will provide technical assistance for Bosch in the entire Asia Pacific.

In the future, RBCCI will maintain a portfolio of 30 percent internal and 70 percent external clients. The facility covers the entire 1,000 square meter top floor (29th) of the Fort Legend Towers. This is just above Robert Bosch Philippines' offices.

With this Bosch move of putting another center in the Philippines, the company completes its planned worldwide extension for providing BPO services.

RCCBI aims to have up to 200 seats by the end of the year with provisions to add more seats by 2011 that would provide more job opportunities to all Filipino jobseekers. [via avayapdsusergroup.com]
