SAP is a German software company which aims to outsource its firms that rely closely in transmitting data all over the world. According to Kay Kretschmer, director for SAP business development in Asia-Pacific and Japan, this is the moment for businesses to invest on business communications management to undertake the current crisis.

She also stated that having a flexible, multi-channel and all-IP business platforms will streamline processes in a BPO (business process outsourcing) firm. This will allow a central management and supervision of the system, and this will be the start of an out-of-the-box contact center which is more efficient and low cost. This system will enable all hardware and software to be distributed physically while maintaining one logical system. All data systems will now be available to serve customers in different location. The conventional BPO models run on remote blocks of data communications. The process running on computer-telephone integration will be only permitted for office transactions. In addition, businesses with integrated data systems can tap all of its agents to service clients, whether the contact center agents are working from remote place. This will function as long as the system is connected to multiple transactions via Internet at different places. The mobility feature of the system can monitor all contact center transactions online. This also include the analysis of all data exchanges between the agent and the client, online supervision and coaching of agents-on-training and even create three-way communications between a supervisor, customers and agents.
