JIB e-Academy is a training facility for call center and English proficiency programs is offering a complete package in Free Basic English Training (FBEST) to job hunters. This is a crash course offered by JIB e-Academy and Solutions which discusses the essentials of English in two sessions. The FBEST workshop spots lapses in grammar and pronunciation, builds vocabulary, improves computer and navigation skills, and instructs excellent customer service. Resume preparation and tips to pass the interview are also included in the module. The workshop is also open to other applicants in the field of HRM, banking, and business. In addition, educational institutions may also avail themselves of the FBEST by contacting JIB e-Academy for an exclusive workshop. JIB e-Academy's goal is to help the industry cope with the growing demand for eligible manpower. A 100-hour finishing course for call center agents is also offered at JIB. This broad course will give trainees the core skills, competencies, and the confidence to provide excellent customer care.
