In the event held by Global Services magazine and neoIT, eTelecare Global Solutions (PSE:ETEL) was rated as one of the 10 top performing contract centre providers in 2009 Global Services Competition. It was the fourth time that it had been included in the list of Top Ten Global Services. The basis of the judging principle of the competition was the written compliance from service providers which particulars operations, service offering, customer relationships and human capital growth traditions.

John Harris, eTelecare president and chief executive officer, said that it is an honor for them to be positioned again at the top of the list in the industry of BPO. He added that they feel grateful when acknowledged by knowledgeable experts because of the way they offer good quality service and clients’ worth.
