English is the universal language. Without the knowledge of this powerful language, Call Center industry would not be possible to succeed.  Since, the major qualification of being an employee of a call center is to be fluent in English; Senator Pangilinan believes that the root of success of those people in the call center industry must come from the teachers.

Furthermore, the senator said that teachers should take English Proficiency exams, for them to be able to cope up the needs of the call center with regards to employment. He said that the number of applicants is very low because of not having the knowledge of the spoken language.

Moreover, he added that government could not solve the crisis of education, and that private sector should talk with in having more funds for the said program.

English proficiency test for teachers is one of the good exams to be able for them to master and to know their capacity of using the English language, also to enhance their capabilities of speaking it. This must be facilitated not only for the benefits of the teachers but also for the center of educative process, the students. And later be the employees most especially of the call center industry.
