Davao City is now emerging as alternative City for offshore outsourcing within the next three years, according to XMG Asia Pacific and Global offshoring Leadership study. Also, Davao City has a big population or workforce that of the Cebu City.

Moreover, Davao City has Telecom facilities transportation networks and public transport systems but there is still a need to further improve and modernize the services to fulfill the project successfully.

Commission on Information and Communications Technology (CICT) Commisioner Monchito Ibrahim reported three major call center operators that have set up in Davao, including Cybercity Teleservices and Link2Support.
