Cyber City Teleservices was founded in 1999 and was known as the first private call center located in outer area of Metro Manila. It started with 3500 employees in Clark, Davao, Manila, Columbia, London, and New Jersey USA. It will soon operate in Panama. The no poaching policy of Cyber City Teleservices was commended by President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo during the latest meeting of Cabinet members happened at the Atrium section of Cyber City. Jonathan Rosenberg (Chairman and CEO of Cyber City), joined by George Sorio (Senior Executive VP), Don Felbaum (President of the American Chamber of Commerce in the Phils.), and Sec. Ray Anthony Roxas-Chua III (Chairman of the Commission on Information and Communications Technology) welcomed President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo during the event. The President stated that Cyber City was Top 1 ISO 27001 certified call center in the country and Top 2 in Asia. It was also recognized as the first call center in Mindanao when Technology Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) approved its training program. Cyber City pioneered the call center industry here in the Philippines. United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Cyber City also commend Cyber City for transforming leadership and dedication into achievement.

In 2008, the company received the Best of the Best Award in Australia and the Best in Community Spirit Gold Medal by Contact Center World APEC region and Worlds Awards in Las Vegas, USA.  The Global Competitive Edge of the Philippines under the supervision of the Cyber Services Corridor was presented by Sec. Ray Anthony Roxas-Chua III (Chairman of the Commission on ICT). Cyber Services Corridor is an ICT facility which runs more than 600 miles all over the country. It is the initiative of President Arroyo that will guide businesses and industries to increase the profit and to establish linkages with other sectors of the economy. It starts in Baguio City down to Zamboanga and down to the south of the archipelago. The facility expenditure was composed of $10 billion high bandwidth fiber back bone and digital network. These communication resources were used by CyberService contributors to be able to provide expert services in different fields of ICT such as BPO, contact centers, animation, medial and legal transcription, software development, e-learning, e-entertainment, gaming and other back office operations.
