Convergys, The Outstanding Employer and Outstanding Exporter

According to Convergys Corp., the well-known global leader in relationship management, China IP Communications Award Committee (CIPCA) has named Convergys as the Best CRM Solution Provider and Best Outsourcing Call Center Service Provider for this year 2010.

CIPCA awarded Convergys because of its proficiency in relationship technology management and holistic methods in customer solutions. The awarding ceremony happened at the China Enterprise Communications Conference in Shanghai. Convergys won the awards in the call center category gaining 60,000 votes. An expert panel of industry judges evaluated the top three companies in each category, Convergys won twice. "It is an honor to be recognized by our industry peers and we are privileged to be chosen as the recipients of these two major awards," said Benjamin Hart, Convergys managing director of relationship technology management in the Asia-Pacific. "Convergys helps its clients create and maintain stronger, more profitable, and more sustainable customer relationships by providing technology solutions for each stage of the customer relationship lifecycle," Hart said.

In our country, Convergys is the largest private employer with over 22,000 employees in 12 sites countrywide. The Award Committee also recognized Convergys many Intelligent Interaction Solutions like voice self-service, and real-time decisioning. These solutions had increased customer loyalty, bring a more spontaneous and personalized interaction, administer customer credits, and make easy bill collections. Convergys had been introduced in the Philippine Export Processing Zone Authority (PEZA) Hall of Fame for being the Outstanding Employer and Outstanding Exporter awards in 3 years time in each category.
