As a new year opens, call center industry is expected to grow largely due to wide expansion of major clients abroad.

US remains to be the biggest market for outsourced call center services, but the service expansion has gone towards other English-speaking countries like the United Kingdom and Australia.

In a conference, President Benedict Hernandez of Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP) said that they are focusing on the other growth markets for now aside from the English speaking markets.

Call centers now started to improve their working environment of their employees to improve as well the services offered.
