3,000 seats for Call Center

Davao City is inevitably growing their success in Call Center Industry. 2,500 seats have reached and the target seat is 3,000.

Moreover, foreingers are attracted in a suitable place of Davao City to be the hub for BPO industry. One of tehse, is the Asutralian group.

According to Bert Barriga, vice president for external affair of the ICT Davao Inc., there are already 18 big and small call center companies in Davao City. Seven of tehm are considered big call centers such as the CyberCity, Sutherland, Concentrix (formerly Link2Support), the Western Wats, Callbox, Qualiserve, and Global Connect.

Certainly, this growing project is beneficial in Davao City and the potential workers as well. Davao City is lucky and grateful for its conducive place for Call Center Industry and BPO Industry.
